Kutch Systems & Kutch Computers both desktop computers and laptop computers. All laptop computers are built with components which are custom fit for each brand and model of laptop computer. Our staff can locate any replacement component available for your computer. Desktop components tend to be more interchangeable between brands and models and are more readily available. Kutch Systems & Kutch Computers has sources for less available parts and components. The operating systems in desktop computers and laptop computers are essentially the same. Our technicians are particularly knowledgeable of any subtle differences between desktop and laptop operating systems.

Hewlett-Packard Printer Repair
Kutch Systems & Kutch Computers offers both On-Site and Carry-In repairs & maintenance for HP printers of all ages. Our expertise extends to today's All-In-One printer/fax/scanners. Some printers are not recommended for repair, due to the low replacement costs. Call us first so we can advise you about printer repair.
On-Site Service
On-Site Service is recommended when Carry-In Service will not adequately resolve system problems. It is also recommended for customers who would have difficulty bringing their equipment to our shop. In some cases the problem is directly related to a factor at the customer's location, such as a defective phone line or DSL/Cable Modem. Intermittent problems, which can't be traced in our shop, may require a Home or Office visit. Our expert Technicians can isolate such problems more efficiently with an On-Site Service call.
A qualified Technician will be sent to your location to repair the problems you request. Extensive hardware or software modifications, upgrades and/or repairs may require two or more Technicians, with your approval, in order to expedite completion of work. *The hourly rate will be billed for each Technician. The billing rate will be calculated by the On-Site Service Labour Rate times two, three, etc. Technicians. (There is no additional charge for a Supervisor accompanying a Technician.)
When you call with an On-Site Service request, it is very important that the details of the failure are clearly stated to us. The Technician assigned to your On-Site Service call will always bring replacement parts and other resources, based upon your description of the issues. The person having the problem must be available, and payment is required upon completion. If you need to change or cancel a service call, you must do so prior to our arrival at your location. Our Minimum Labour Charge will be billed for any service call not properly cancelled.
